| Meet Owen Benjamin! |
Owen Benjamin was born on Monday 8/16/10 at 1:20 PM at a healthy 9lbs 10oz and 21 inches long. It was a fairly short delivery and Mom is doing well. Owen was transferred to the NICU on Tuesday night due to a high level of jaundice. He was placed under bright blue phototherapy lights for a few days to help lower the jaundice level (we learned more about jaundice this week then we ever cared to know). He is doing well in every other way and was discharged to come home on Saturday. We are both exhausted, but happy to be home.

Congratulations! I'm so sorry that he had a hard time during his first week. It's no fun having a baby in the NICU. I'm so glad you are all home now. He is adorable and HUGE! :)
